What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to build a removals company that actually puts the customer first, not just another faceless company where you're just a booking reference. Having worked in the industry, I saw how much better the experience could be with the right attitude and attention to detail. Starting iMove gave me the chance to do things properly, from the first call right through to the last box being placed.

We're a hands on, local business. You deal directly with the owner from start to finish, not a call centre. We offer free surveys (video or in-person), transparent pricing with no hidden charges, and we genuinely care about making your move as stress free as possible. Our team is experienced, careful with your belongings, and punctual. We also offer van hire and storage, so we can support you at every stage of your move.

Yes, we offer video surveys via Zoom, which means we can assess your move quickly and accurately without needing an in person visit. This is great for busy clients who want a fast quote without waiting for a surveyor to come out. We can have a quotation over to you the same day in most cases.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We adapted quickly during Covid and have kept the best practices in place since. Our team wears masks on request, we sanitise the van and equipment between jobs, and we maintain good hygiene standards throughout. We also offer contactless moves where possible, keeping direct contact to a minimum if that's what the client prefers. Video surveys mean clients don't need anyone in their home just to get a quote.
