A really good service. My old laptop died and in technophobic desperation i took it to this company to see if they could fix it. Within hours they messaged to say that it wasn't viable and were to charge a moderate diagnosis fee of £25. I went in to make payment the next day and bought a lovely nearly new laptop all set up for me to use so no stress involved. The diagnostic fee was also deducted from the price which was a nice little bonus. We have a very old but much loved iPhone which was dropped and the screen cracked and crazed badly. Hazel at iMend came to the rescue the same day. Amazingly not only did she have the correct screen in stock but it was fitted in less than an hour and at a very fair price too. Our early iPhone lives again! My wife's I phone became wet due to a leaking water bottle. I took it in to iMend in Upper Beeding about 10.30 am. At around 3pm I had a call to say that it had been checked and was now OK. I have been to this shop on the odd occasion when i have had a problem with my Laptop and found the man named Sam very knowledgeable and helpful and corrected the problem, also thankyou to Hazel for sorting out the start up issue and also for repairing the On/off Power button, i will definitely recommend I Mend Shop in Upper Beeding or Billingshurst to anybody.
