After what I’ve seen after Jordan from nexus swapping out a high end GPU, Motherboard and power supply to what should have been a simple task has turned into an unacceptable state. Damage to customers pc case absaloutley shocking cable management. I can assure you the parts that were supplied to swapped were 1 million percent compatible. As I’ve seen myself scan computers offer the exact build as a pre build on there website. It was most definitely not a case of being impatient I was also aware of the phone calls coming through with nothing but issues during install including not putting the ram in the correct slots when there was only two sticks of ram the other two were light enhancement kits (dummy sticks) also not putting the GPU sag bracket back into the case especially when your installing a 3kg GPU this is bare basic stuff for gaming pc shop there is no excuse for it. And to top it off you didn’t even provide everything back that came in it had to be asked and even then further bits had to be collected the next day power supply cable , GPU sag bracket. I had a very disappointing experience with this repair shop. The staff were rude and didn't seem to have much knowledge about the parts they were discussing. The service was extremely slow, and to make matters worse, high-value items was damaged while in their care.Overall, the level of professionalism was well below what I expected. Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. The staff were rude and dismissive. Communication was poor throughout, and the service was painfully slow. To make matters worse, they forgot to include parts causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Stay clear of this company took my high end gaming pc in to swap my GPU , Motherboard and power supply was an absolute nightmare from the moment it was dropped off I was having to go to another pc shop to get simple things like header splitter and run it up to them to undertake the work , I was not given everything back when collecting pc when I got home the build/ cable management is absolutely shocking my pc case is damaged and to top it all off I had to go back the next day to retrieve power cable from my power supply and the GPU sag arm witch had not been re installed as its built in with case a absaloute shambles they were not incompatible parts as this was checked prior to buying them with scan computers who sell my build as a pre build. Not for the first time I have visited iMend. This time it was for an old phone that was playing up. The help was efficient and speedy. Sadly the phone is dead but iMend did not take advantage , try to rip us off, just a small fee for testing the phone , along with answering a bunch of questions we WhatsApp them…I definately recommend them and I will use them again. First time I've used iMend, to replace the battery on a iPnone 12 mini. They ordered the part and fitted it promptly as promised; back with me within 2hrs, and extending the life of my trusty iPhone which now lasts 24hrs again before needing a recharge. A repeat customer as have two young children who have a knack of smashing various screens. Excellent as always, took my phone in to the Beeding store as believed needed a new screen. A really good service. My old laptop died and in technophobic desperation i took it to this company to see if they could fix it. Within hours they messaged to say that it wasn't viable and were to charge a moderate diagnosis fee of £25. I went in to make payment the next day and bought a lovely nearly new laptop all set up for me to use so no stress involved. The diagnostic fee was also deducted from the price which was a nice little bonus. We have a very old but much loved iPhone which was dropped and the screen cracked and crazed badly. Hazel at iMend came to the rescue the same day. Amazingly not only did she have the correct screen in stock but it was fitted in less than an hour and at a very fair price too. Our early iPhone lives again!
