Had them rewire a clients house , was told Paul and Jamie were bickering most of the time , 3 months later the fuse board had a burn up , fire brigade called, I have complained to the company multiple times but no response, currently going through the courts.

Jamie and pete both did a fab job. Thanks, it's so neat and so well done. Booked in late and came to do a complicated install in an old house out to a new garden room. Worked delicately and were great with the kids and with us at home at the weekend. Was really impressed. And a total joy and jokes to have them both here. Had an issue with my fuse board, it kept tripping. So I found Jamie @ illuminate services LTD, I called and explained my situation and straight away I was impressed by the professionalism and communication skills.
This was urgent for me to get sorted as I also have young kids and I wanted to make sure everything was safe.
They managed to squeeze me in much sooner than I initially anticipated and was very courteous of where / when they could park as to not cause disruption with my neighbours, this for me was a absolute first for me. and I have to say it was a breath of fresh air as my family are pretty close with our neighbours. When Jamie arrived he was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. He managed to find the issue very quickly and explained everything along the way. He also had the supplies needed to complete the repairs and even asked if he could stay later than usual to ensure he could have everything fixed during that one visit. The level of skill and sheer hard work shown by such a young man was remarkable. I have made no changes seeing as i started my business at the start of covid. So i have ran the company through the pandemic.
