What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the satisfaction of seeing the difference a good clean can make. I like leaving a home or workplace clean, tidy and welcoming, and knowing that the customer is happy with the result. I also enjoy meeting different people and providing a reliable service they can depend on.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to create my own opportunity and build something for myself rather than simply waiting for the right job to come along. Cleaning is a practical service that people and businesses genuinely need, and it gives me the opportunity to work independently, provide a reliable service and build a good reputation through the quality of my work.

My cleaning services are provided in person at the customer’s home or commercial premises. However, bookings, quotations and job requirements can be discussed by phone, WhatsApp or online beforehand.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I follow sensible hygiene practices when working in customers’ homes and workplaces, including regular hand washing, using clean equipment and products appropriately, and maintaining good hygiene throughout each job. If a customer has any particular health or hygiene requirements, I’m always happy to discuss these beforehand.
