I was having trouble finding a DJ who would play the usual party music but also play heavy metal for the last couple of hours, considering they said they knew nothing about metal they knocked it out the park. Having been let down by our original DJ for a 50th bday party, I contacted IDJ4You at short notice to see if they could solve my issue.
From the moment I first spoke to Martin, my fears were allayed and I knew we were in good hands. He took all the details and we discussed the type of event, whether and what time food would be served, the event setup, kit required etc. We then discussed playlists and essential tunes and we ended the call with me feeling very happy that it was all going to be ok.
We kept in touch by text until the event and on the big day, I arrived at the venue to find Martin set up and ready to go. He played all the tracks requested and responded to what was popular with the crowd in playing more tunes aligned to this.
I can’t thank Martin enough and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a party or event DJ for an audience of mixed age groups.

Simon is so responsive to organise everything with and on the night he did a fantastic set reading the room perfectly so everyone was on the dance floor for 4 hours solid, a great result!

Martin was the DJ for my daughters 21st & managed to keep everyone up dancing all night...great variety of songs to suit all ages. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Simon was the DJ for my 40th and he was excellent. He arrived with plenty of time to set up and carry out his sound checks and make sure that he was ready for the 7:30pm start. He was also really easy to chat to and listened to me when I said about what people might enjoy on the night. I did also mention to him that I wasn't keen on people making requests and that I just wanted him to keep the party moving but he was very kind to help my family out with some suprise bits that I didn't knoe about. I'd specified to Simon that I wanted the music to be house, 90s dance and garage with a focus on the garage part towards the end of the night. He really did not let me down, he kept people moving throughout the whole party but towards the end of the night it hit its high, he was playing garage tunes that a lot of us had forgotten that we loved and used to listen to and they were all mixed with energy and attention to detail. Organising a party wasn't something that I thought was going to be easy but with the music (which to me is the main part of a party) being taken care of by Simon it was all too easy. I will 100% be recomending him to anyone I know who is doing something similar and if I have another myself, I know that he will be the only person I'll be asking to DJ, he truly is a master of the craft. What a fantastic DJ Simon is. Simon was such a delight to deal with throughout the whole process, prior to the event he was very quick to respond giving lots of helpful and knowledgeable information. Simon was very polite and patient through the booking and not pushy at all. On the day of the event Simon attended early to make sure he was set up on time ready for the party. Throughout the evening his music and dj skills were fantastic, playing a huge range of music.

In summary I could not fault Simon and he was an absolute credit to the company, I would definitely use him again and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family who want a reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and just fantastic dj.
