Just had H & Sons Treecare
for the 3rd year.
Two 18’ high long hedges
and lowering some large conifers.
All done with care and consideration of my Garden and neighbours.
All waste cleared away and left as they found it.
Hard working team and very competitive with their price.
Will recommend them going forward.

Hope arrived at the agreed time, he was very professional, kitted out with all the correct safety gear. He explained what would happen, immediately putting me at ease & also what I needed to remove. He was very respectful of my hidden disability & was more than happy to explain things. He took down the tree in stages and cut the pieces into manageable pieces. He took away all the tree waste which I didn’t want leaving in the garden. Hope is very happy in his work, well qualified, happy to answer any concerns and has a lovely personality. Hope did a fantastic job on our hedge and removing trees. Also pruned some trees for us and cut back lots of ivy. He’s very easy to deal with and clears everything away so it’s tidier than it was before. I would definitely recommend him.

Reasonably priced quote. Great service-nothing was too much trouble. They were professional, polite and helpful and I was very impressed with how tidy they left the site.

Excellent communication throughout the process. Turned up to give in person quote (not over phone or email) and explained all work that would be carried out and the reasoning behind it.
Kept me up to date with dates available, and even emailed to let me know they would be arriving the day before.
On the day they were very professional and courteous and still explained during the tree pruning the reasoning and checking I was happy with them to proceed with each major cutting so I was always happy. You can always trim more off but if a surgeon goes too far then you can’t glue it back on… this cautious approach was gratefully appreciated.
Once the job was done they tidied everything away neatly and the job was really well done.
I would highly recommend hiring this company to do any tree surgeon work and will look forward to using them again in the future if I ever need to. More...

I received the flyer through the door for H & Sons Tree Surgery, Gardeners and Landscapers and thought I’d request a quote for the 30 ft Silver Birch tree we have pruning. A great and fair quote was provided and agreed.

A tree and a few bushes needed pruning and shaping and they have never looked better. Hope arrived to give his quote he introduced himself and asked us what we wanted him to do.We showed him the trees and explained what we required he gave us lots of good advice he then gave his quote and we reviewed it and accepted we informed him and he said he would call with one of his workers to decide the best way. They arrived when stated and informed us if every step.He then gave us a date and arrived with his workers on said date and carried out the required work safely and to a high standard .All of them were polite and worked very hard .When the work was done they all cleared every area including neighbours gardens they had worked in .An excellent team would recommend to anyone . They were given a 7 foot wide laurel hedge to remove and all the associated stumps plus the remains of a foot wide Holly tree. Made all the more difficult by being interspersed by thick wire netting. The job was completed thoroughly and on time. More...
