AVOID AT ALL COSTS:

Damaged then denied and disposed of my property without consultation
Missed an entire floor off the quote
Did what I hadn’t asked him to do in one area had to speak to him 3 times before he did what I’d asked in the first place.
He forgot to turn up one day, but when I complained about his absence he told me initially his van was faulty.
He left my spare key back outside for 2 days instead of posting it through the letter box and then when I complained his admin team lied and said I had told him to… even though I had the messages infront of me.

He also failed to remove all plug sockets during a full rewire, and sent someone round to remove it who brought a bit of paper for me to sign saying I’ll not leave any reviews etc - I didn’t sign it cos in keeping with their shoddy attention to detail, they spelt my name wrong. The guy left and then returned knocking on my door. I ignored it went into my kitchen and made a brew hiding from him, came back into the living room to see his face pressed up against the glass. He then returned to my door having seen I had seen him to knock once again. Considering he’d already seen I was home alone - a young disabled girl this was beyond intimidating.
When I brought this man’s behaviour to their attention they bullshitted and said he will have been looking in to check I was in for the appointment… this is something they’ve done in the face of every single issue ive raised with them.
Don’t bother go with someone will integrity and respect for other’s property and pay a little more cos this clown has had to be babysat through the process and still hasn’t done it right.

Even the certificates at the end had to be redone due to multiple errors. He’s absolutely useless.

Few weeks ago I found wires touching hot pipes - under floorboards: their way of doing things is dangerous unacceptable and could cause a fire.

Had to reach out to NICEIC as they just ignored my request for them to rectify their shoddy work. I’d recommend to anyone already a customer to check the electrics Ryan’s done. To anyone who’s yet to use them: DONT!

Ryan carried out a full rewire of our house. The intended work was explained prior to him starting, it was started on time and was carried out effectively. He arranged for plastering and for a cleaner to come in as it is a very dusty and messy job. Ryan was enthusiastic, open and honest throughout the process. We especially like the outside lights. I had called HP Electrical as I was having a new boiler installed and needed a fused spur fitting at the last minute. I phoned on the Friday and he said he would be with me by 8:30 the Monday morning. Ryan arrived by 8:15, great service I could not ask for more so I booked him for a full house Rewire 2 weeks later. Ryan arrived am with a team and completed the full Rewire within a day and then returned a couple of days later to ensure I was completely happy. Ryan came out and accessed the job that fit around me and quoted. Ryan and his team are brilliant they did a fantastic job. They told us when and how the job would be done and completed.
