Quick review of the service provided by JerryHot tub had blown a fuse so went over to pick up a new one.Jerry advised unplugging various connectors before replacing the new fuse and reconnecting one-by-one to determine what was causing the blown fuse. I did as suggested and found that the av connector was causing the fuse to blow.Jerry confirmed the av connector isn't required for operation of the hot tub. So, I returned to obtain a replacement fuse which Jerry very kindly provided free of charge.Thanks Jerry, old school service difficult to come across nowadays More...

After a phone call and discussion with Gerry he told me what the problem probably was and we sorted out an appt time a week or so later that suited us both. Received a phone call 2 days before this day to check we still wanted appt and then gave us a time. The repair man ( really sorry forget the name ) was friendly and on time and told me wasnt pump making the noise but a jet that he may have a spare of in van. After 10 mins checking he did not have one but said if i ring the office at end of week he would inform them i was ringing and part needed could be paid for and ordered. He took the old jet out while there and told me how to put new one in and then asked if i wanted tub emptied so could clean it out before putting new jet in . We said yes and he got the pump and promptly emptied it for us and i rang Gerry day after next and he had been told the piece needed by his fitter. I paid for it and received it after weekend so whole process was smooth and friendly. Right at the start we paid a fully refundable amount which covered an hours labour and the fitter with his friendly chat and advice was prob 45 mins so when he said would we like tub emptied thought maybe would go over the hour but just inside the hour so no extra charge at all which was honest. All in all Gerry, his fitter and whole situation were excellent and have no problems recommending to anyone . So sorry cant think of fitters name but he had many tattoos on his arms like myself and was so helpful in all aspects. Many thanks to all again - Dave & Louise More...

Hot tub had FLO on circuit board.Tripped electric.Then no power at all.Contacted Hot tub Doctors. Sent them pics of tub ,Serial number ,etc . Couple of days later arrived at the arranged time . Found that the pump had failed all covered in white stuff, what a mess. Had a pump which would fit and installed it. Tub now working again ,thank god . Couldn't be helpful enough,lovely guy. Jerry is absolutely amazing. So professional, warm and helpful. He is truly an expert.I was referred to Jerry for an ice bath system that I wad having issues with by the manufacturer. He resolved these immediately with ease and what seemed major was simplified and sorted quickly. He has a patient methodical style in fault-finding and incredibly reassuring. Now all working fine.I’m now going to use Jerry and team for another system that is a hot tub that I have. I have a feeling this is the start of a long-term working relationship. I had to order a new hot tub cover for my 10 year old hydropool hot tub. Phoned hottub doctors and I spoke with Rachel who sorted all the dimensions and delivery. Cover was delivered by Simon who was so helpful and also is a hot tub engineer, so his advise was really good to know. Totally new to hard shell hot tubs so I’ve bought a second hand one without seeing it working!!! Yep! I know crazy of me…However, meeting Jerry (Hot Tub Doctors) he reassured me that I’m stressing for no reason and that everything will be OK! He will send his team to pick it up and check it, Ste and Danny, and if for any reasons they will believe it’s not suitable to buy it they will inform me. All was working as normal, Thanks God! so they deliver it as prearrange and fitted by Tom the very next day.From the beginning till the end, they’ve been very helpful, professional and customer satisfaction focused as not too many companies around here have that in mind!Their quote for delivery and servicing was reasonable.Jerry was always there to assist with any needs I had in regards to chemicals or what else we might need for the hot tub to use it easily…ex. Dr Steve really worked his magic today , diagnosed the fault as the controller , had to wire a new one in with only 10” of space between that side of the tub and a garage wall , all done within the first hour covered in the call out fee, I was expecting the tub to be emptied and moved adding to the labour cost. £154 for a new controller, I was expecting much more !Very very happy customer ! 😍 More...

Called up for a service , was advised what to do (completely new to hot tub ownership after inheriting one in recent house purchase) turned out to be 3 faults on the keys so they without hesitation honoured the booking and turned it into a repair job. Tom came out at the agreed time , and was absolutely spot on. Talked me through everything, completed the repairs and gave me a run through of what to do and not do etc. couldn’t fault him at all. Really really impressed and tom is a credit to your company. On toms recommendation came to see Jerry and bought a starter kit for the chemicals, and Will definitely continue to use such a welcoming and friendly team if and when the need arises. I had a fantastic experience with Hot Tub Doctors and can’t recommend them highly enough. After a really frustrating situation with another company—who wanted payment upfront and then stopped answering the phone—I was relieved to come across them. Jerry was absolutely amazing from the start. He arranged for an engineer to visit the very next day, and what really impressed me was that the engineer arrived fully prepared with all the necessary parts. That meant whatever the issue was, it could be fixed on the spot—and it was!They were only at my hot tub for about an hour, and it was completely up and running again. Amazing and honest service! I rang Hottub Doctors with a heating problem with my Iris Garden Hot tub, Danny (Brilliant bloke! ) asked me a few questions about my control pad, got me to press a few buttons and presto it was fixed! Outstanding service. Our old hot tub became a tepid tub! The guys came out and due to its age we decided that the repair was not practical. I had a chat with Jerry and he even offered to open on Sunday for us to go over and look at their range of stock. We went the following week and ordered a new tub. The new tub arrived working around my availability to be at home, very helpful. They took the old tub away and installed the new one. Filled it and went through the use of the new chemicals.
