Our 6 year old boiler failed having originally been supplied and fitted by HotWorx. Despite woeful help from Grants, the manufacturer, HotWorx wasted no efforts with several visits to finally get things working again. Two weeks without heating and hotworx came to the rescue and had an appointment for us last minute outstanding service! I wish I had contacted them sooner
The engineers where lovely, due to covid I was working from home and they guys where so considerate of that and so patient with me. We also have an unfriendly dog and they where so polite in giving me time to arrange the dog to be out of the room. Amazing service and lovely people definitely would recommend them to everyone as our house is lovely and toasty all thanks to them
