Quality of Work and After-care Service Poor
We engaged Homestar Improvements to remove spray foam from our loft space. An inspector (for an energy efficiency report), informed us that the work was poor and had left our timbers partially covered with residual foam, together with no evidence of the timber spray that was supposed to be part of the treatment.
We contacted Homestar Improvements July 2024 and they sent a surveyor who agreed that the work required remediation.
It is now Jan 2025 and Homestar have not yet remediated the work.
