A great website should do more than look good. It should make it easy for visitors to understand what a business does, trust the company behind it and take the next step. What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
It depends on the project, but we usually start by understanding the bigger picture. What are you trying to achieve? Who is the target audience? What do you want people to do after seeing the app, website or content? We also ask about your existing brand, competitors, preferred style, key features, timeline and anything that is particularly important to you. The more we understand the reason behind a project, the better we can build the right solution.
What do you love most about your job?
Probably the moment when an idea starts becoming something real. A client might come to us with a rough concept for an app, a business that needs a better website, or simply a story they don't know how to communicate, and we get to help turn that into something people can actually use, understand or connect with. Seeing that final result and knowing it started as an idea is what makes the work rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It started with writing. We initially focused on helping people and businesses communicate their ideas through words, and over time we saw how often writing was connected to something bigger. A business needed a website, then marketing, then a better digital experience, and eventually we began working on mobile apps too. What started as a writing-focused service gradually became a broader digital solutions company. The goal has stayed the same throughout: understand what someone is trying to achieve and help them bring that idea to life properly.

We don't believe in trying to sell every client the same solution. We listen first, understand what you actually need and then recommend what makes sense for your situation. Our services cover mobile app development, web design and development, digital marketing, writing and script writing, so we can help whether you are starting with an idea or looking to improve something that already exists.
We also put a lot of importance on communication, reliability and the quality of the finished work. Our aim is not simply to complete a project, but to build something that you are genuinely happy to put your name behind.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes. All of our services can be provided remotely, and we regularly work with clients outside the UK as well as locally. Projects can be managed through email, messaging, video calls and online collaboration tools, with files, designs, updates and approvals shared digitally throughout the process. You do not need to be in the same location as us to work closely with our team. We keep communication straightforward and make sure you know what is happening at each stage.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We provide our services remotely, so most of our work can be completed without the need for in-person meetings or visits. Consultations, project discussions, file sharing, approvals and ongoing communication can all be handled online, allowing clients to work with us safely and conveniently from wherever they are.
One thing I would not do is make the COVID answer sound like your company is currently operating under special COVID restrictions. The remote-work explanation is enough and keeps the profile current rather than making it feel like an old 2020-era business profile.
