Excellent job and great value for money.

DO NOT USE - he damaged a new fencing panel and tried to deny it was him until I showed him and South Yorkshire Police video evidence. He then started screaming at the top of his voice that the new fence was rotten and he was asked to leave the premises for my own safety. It was all captured in video his meltdown/outburst of disgusting behaviour. Police from West Yorkshire Police have had to speak to him as he is located in Bradford and that falls under their area. He was screaming before I could even finish one sentence that he will take me to the small claims court if I don’t pay to clean half a roof. He failed to clean the roof properly and not up to the neighbouring roof line. He left the area a complete mess and photos were taken of the appalling condition. Also, photos and videos taken on how he left the soffits and the remaining property with dirt from the roof. On his quote, it states he would use a scaffold tower and ONLY used a ladder, which was dangerous. Failed to clean up after him. I am more than happy to provide video and photo evidence of the damage to the fence, where he was caught walking on it many times and the state of the property on how he left it. He was abusive and out of control that day, this is why the police were called in. He now owes me money as the roof had to be properly and professionally cleaned, soffits had to be cleaned with remaining brick work and he was also provided with invoices for the materials and repair to the new fence. Police have advised me to take him to the small claims court. Not once did I ever raise my voice, acted aggressively and in a threatening manner. I never once said I wasn’t going to pay or deduct any repair money from his invoice. He just assumed it by screaming uncontrollably and embarrassing himself in front of neighbouring houses who were filming his meltdown. He even trespassed onto the neighbours property without their permission. I told him not to do that and he ignored me. Everyone who thinks to use his services please be careful. Hi, Michelle leaving false inaccurate information online is not acceptable, I would strongly advise any company considering taking on work for you to strongly reassess doing so. We refused to carry out your roof clean after you stood for 2 hours without consent videoing our worker, constantly complaining and trying to tell our employee how to do their own job. As you can clearly see all our other reviews are 5 stars, youve never paid us any a penny for our time and tried to moan about some fence paint coming away when you booked in for exterior cleaning works to be done. As you are well aware we have never been contacted by the police however would gladly have a conversation with them about the situation should they require however they are likely aware as are we, that this is all just a fabrication to avoid any payment been made.

Would highly recommend, our old roof looks new again. Left everything spotless at the end of job. Will definitely be using again.

H20 provides a very competitive quote for a roof clean including soffit, facia and guttering. The cleaner worked very hard throughout the day in rain/sleet conditions and finished the job late in the evening. Also ensured all debri was removed as best as he could considering the conditions.
