They did a shoddy job, didn’t attach the insulation properly so there is still damp coming through, left our walls and skirting boards really damaged so we’ve had to get someone else in to fix those.

Got in touch with this firm through a website as my parents loft insulation needed replacing after rats had contaminated it. Must say they had a very quick response they went above and beyond for my parents and they were very polite. What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for the same company in the insulation trade for almost 25 years, and realising that i could provide not just the labour side of the industry, but also advise clients the best options on the market without breaking the bank I took the decision to start my on my own with the help of family and friends, and 5+ years later my wife now runs the admin side of the company doing all the office work and my son Ross runs the contracting side of the company as well as being hands on like myself out on site almost every day.
