This is one of the best companies I’ve used – for anything. Booking was easy and in June there is a 15% discount so as to avoid Their busiest time in University holidays. I have now had Sean do the Cleaning three times and he is exceptional. First dead on time. Next search for stains that I could not remove and dealing with them. Then a scrupulous hovering including all the difficult edges and under furniture that I could not move. This is followed by a sophisticated deep clean which dries within a very few hours, leaving our grimy CARPETS spotless. Sean did the whole house in less than two hours – and even brought his own coffee! Finally, however dirty at the house is they always stick to the original estimate and there are no “add-ons“ at least for us. We cannot recommend them too highly. I have used grimebusters twice. Once to clean carpets and once for my velvet sofas and wool rug. On both occasions the service was excellent. The carpets, rug, and sofas looked so much better than before. I could literally see the dirt coming out into the extraction machine. I Called grimebusters out for an emergency situation! They came the next day arrived on time and worked tirelessly and thoroughly to cleanse the situation! What an amazing result! I have used them previously for another emergency situation involving an elderly person with double incontinence on carpeted stairs. They sent help immediately and were discreet and respectful and friendly and the old person didn't even realise how they were helping her as they were so discreet, stair carpet like new!
