Third time I have used Grimebusters for a low-moisture carpet clean. They do an excellent and efficient job (3 x bedrooms, stairs, hallway, sitting room and dining room done in around 2 hours), are happy to move any furniture or items as needed and leave the carpets looking refreshed and spotless. It was a pleasure to work with Richard, the owner. He promptly returned my call to schedule an appointment, was very polite and flexible with offering various time slots. Extremely punctual as well, which is a rarity these days. Lewis, the carpet technician, was a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable about carpet fibres and chemistry of shampoos , he was able to explain what would be the best treatment for my rugs. He cleaned and vacuumed quickly and the result was fantastic .
