Using Green Lily Events was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our very first meeting, it was clear that we were in incredibly capable hands. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and calm demeanor ensured the entire planning process was stress-free. They designed all of our wedding stationary exactly how we wanted them and arranged for it all to be printed and styled, arranged for all of the name tags to be printed and placed and styled everything to perfection. Precious and CJ were always on hand to answer any questions and made sure that our schedule was planned to perfection on the day. CJ was an absolute godsend on the big day, and also the day before setting up the venue. Everything ran so smoothly and we were able to completely relax and just soak in every moment. Precious and her team were amazing and everyone had the best time at our wedding. We actually really enjoyed planning our wedding, because Precious helped us be decisive and plan the best way to use our budget. This meant we achieved the wedding we wanted without spending more than we wanted. It was very helpful to have someone with experience of planning events, as she came up with ideas and scenarios that I wouldn’t have thought of. Where do I even begin? From the moment I reached out to Green Lily Events, I knew that Precious was the wedding planner I needed in my life. From our very first conversation, she was warm, personable, kind, incredibly knowledgeable—and she made me laugh, which instantly put me at ease. Our perfect day would have been something much less organised and chaotic had it not been for the incredibly pristine attention to detail, due diligence and the organisational masterclass that was provided by everyone at Green Lily Events. We were married this weekend at a very large venue, Froyle Park Country Estate, with a total guest count exceeding 175 people, along with over 12 different vendors all arriving at various times of the day, all with very specific requirements and needs. I cannot express in words how ridiculously good Precious and her team at Green Lily are. When things needed to be changed last minute the team made split second decisions and handled the hard conversations with our vendors. Allowing us to fully experience the day, and most importantly be fully present. We were told what we needed to do and where we (and our vendors) needed to be with absolute precision. We have just experienced the most amazing wedding for my son and daughter in law at Froyle Park where Precious did an absolutely fantastic job as the coordinator. Every aspect was delivered smoothly and discreetly to enhance the whole experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Precious and her team; we miscalculated the rose petals/confetti but Precious found a way to overcome the issue. I cannot praise Precious and her team highly enough. They were one of the best things we arranged for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding at Froyle Park and seeing the bride and groom so relaxed and enjoying their wedding day was partly due to having Precious and the team taking away every bit of stress on the day and in the weeks leading up to the wedding day. They managed to be visible when you needed something but at the same time not intrusive or in the way. They were a great support to my son who was best man - helping with any issues that came up before and during the wedding. A highlight was when the wedding breakfast overran slightly and evening guests started to arrive - Precious made the decision to arrange a small drinks reception in the entrance to keep the evening guests happy and occupied until the bride and groom had finished their desserts. Precious and Sean brought my 30th Birthday dreams to life! I am not the easiest person to plan a party for as I am very paticular and am a HUGE perfectionist but Precious understood the assignment. We had meetings to discuss my vision and a whatsapp chat to keep an open channel of communication which was perfect. We worked within my budget and Precious helped me make every penny count, It can be so easy to overlook details in planning but everything was thought of. On the week of the party I felt like I had my own PA's I was able to relax and enjoy while all the set up, vendors etc was handled - even last minute runs to the shop. We initially reached out to Green Lily to discuss styling and décor for our wedding, but after meeting Precious, we quickly realised we needed more! After talking through the services, we decided to go for two-week-before coordination, on-the-day coordination, and full styling—and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we met Precious, she just got me. She understood exactly what I wanted and also completely understood my now-husband (who only cared about beer pong and making sure everyone behaved). Having meticulously planned most of my wedding, I was looking for someone I could trust to hand everything over to for on the day support. Oh wow, where do I start with these guys. Honestly from the day we booked Green Lily events for our on the day coordination of our wedding, right through to the weeks after - they have just been outstanding. We would absolutely not have been able to have our wedding without them! I don’t know how anyone does! The timings ran to an absolute tee! We weee not late for ANYTHING and got everything we wanted in the day included and that’s because Precious and the team were on hand to keep an eye on the timings and get everyone where they should be. I (as the bride) felt like I had a bunch of best friends by my side throughout (Precious, Bella and JC - we missed you Sean!). They ensured everything was played out correctly from our brunch, to the reception table names, to the signage. They ensured me and my husband were always fed and bought plates of our food to us, ensured there’s was photos being taken, helped get us dressed, moved all of our belongings into the correct rooms, ensured any memorabilia was kept for us, made sure if me and my husband were alone that we had tea, coffee and snacks at hand, ensured our entrances were timed exactly how they should, reshuffled a few things to ensure there was enough dancing time (important to us!) and even made sure we had photos at golden hour (which we otherwise would’ve missed)! Also Precious has a solution for everything!! Our photographer was running a little late so couldn’t get any getting ready shots but the team quickly came up with a solution and Bella from the Green Lily team kindly took some photos for us (as she’s also a professional photographer)!! A very very sweet gesture that I was so grateful for on the day. The meetings prior to the wedding were also invaluable as they not only ran through our day with us with a fine tooth comb, but also gave us advice on what would run better or what would aesthetically look good too. The actual dream team! I cannot recommend Green Lily events enough. We worked with Precious and Sean to provide on the day coordination services and they went above and beyond to make our day as seamless as possible. On the day itself, they were flexible when things changed and took care of everything behind the scenes, allowing us to have a stress free day. In the lead up to the wedding their knowledge of the wedding and events injury was SO helpful. Their tips and guidance helped us feel less like we were on our own.
