Green Group did a wonderful job re-landscaping our home. We recently bought a home with some outdated landscaping that required a lot of maintenance which we were not able to keep up with. We were overtaken by weeds. Green Group cleared out a large amount of weeds for us and some small, broken trees and planted new grass seed in their place. They designed new landscaping for us which is beautiful and is exactly what we wanted. They are lovely people, easy to talk to and a pleasure to do business with. The service got from Ben was completely unsatisfactory. He gave us a quote over the phone on the basis of the pics ( all the pics of the work were attached) and I asked him to come and see the garden and then give me a final quote. He told me that the quote is final and he will not ask for more. He came on the agreed day and in the middle of his work he asked for £100 more and still didn't do half of his job. He didn't do any weed treatment which was specially told to him, no dried leaves cleaning and he also left most of the plants untouched. Still had to pay the amount he asked for later. Very unhappy.
