GoDaddy staff are awesome to work with. I had an issue with my commerce tools and my rep (Jon) went down numerous paths of why, how, etc to find the reason for the issue and provide a solution. Great job GoDaddy!

Horrible experience with creating a website and logo. It's as if the staff does not understand English. Not only did I provide detailed instructions and colour samples along with the photos i want included on the site and they still got it wrong! I can't figure out what I paid for given the fact that I'm spoonfeeding them! I'm still dealing with them as my website and logo are still not finished. GoDaddy has stepped up its game, making it so easy for me to work on my business and focus on IT instead of going down needless rabbit holes. If I ever get stuck, I don't waste time trying to figure it out. For once, it’s actually quicker to contact customer support! GoDaddy’s chat and phone support are quick to respond and always helpful. They sometimes even catch things I didn’t know I needed to fix, like where I’m at risk. They’ve even told me what an unnecessary purchase would be! The help desk is available anytime and is very helpful as you can actually speak to a real person. I called the help center on Friday at 10pm. I did have a waiting time of 30mins but I guess that’s expected while calling at such an hour. I spoke to Katrina, who was very helpful and patient as I was attempting to log in. I am based in London, UK. I have bought the Search Engine Optimization service from Godaddy and I prepaid for 6 months. They sold me this under false pretense that they have SEO team in the UK who will take over my complain. Regrettably that was a lie. They do not have a IK team and the team they have has no idea of the market in the UK. They did absolutely no work and came with some ridiculous suggestions how I need to change my home page on my website. The language was so poor and professional like written from a 3 years old child. I had to chance them with emails and phone calls almost every day to ask them to start working on my complain but nothing was done for the first month. Then I cancelled their service at the end of the first month abd asked for a full refund they refused saying they need 48 notice and charged me for full 2 months instead . THE SEO team admitted they did not do the work. A woman called Savanah said she is the manager and she said they have no governing body to control if they deliver what they sell to people.I lost over £1,000 as a result Please be aware this people are cooks and you will be wasting your money The person from GoDaddy team who replied to my review knows I can not reply back but still this is my GoDaddy customer number 32286838 More...

I only ever call in to GoDaddy when I feel the need to actually speak with someone live. These calls are sporadic at best but I always get the level of service that everyone wants.
