I hired Daniel for my Mum’s funeral. I didn’t know him beforehand but took a chance and I was definitely not disappointed. The food looked stunning, beautifully arranged and tasted absolutely delicious. Daniel is a lovely person and it was a pleasure to deal with him, nothing was too much trouble. I chose Daniel because he was the perfect balance of friendly, warm, professional, knowledgeable but no bluster or bravado. He has an extensive delicious menu but is also flexible and added additional things on request. He kept in close contact and kept me updated before and on the day of my Mum’s funeral.
