Unfortunately this property required pest control aswell as cleaning which we don't do and bumped the price up considerably. We take the Health and Safety of our staff seriously, sorry. We did give you the breakdown 😞

Gareth came out to clean our lounge carpet, which had got into quite a state over the last couple of years - due to kids, pets and just general day-to-day usage. We'd used different cleaning products and our Vax spring cleaner regularly but it was obvious the carpet needed some work. The job was done extremely thoroughly and efficiently, and the results were outstanding. What impressed me the most was how quickly the carpet dried after being cleaned so deeply. Within 24 hours most areas were touch dry, and after 48 hours it's bone dry all over. The carpet is now as good as new and has been treated with ScotchGuard as part of the excellent service and I honestly couldn't be happier. At all stages of the process we were kept informed of how the job was going and any problems that came up, e.g. difficult stains - all of which were resolved with the minimum of fuss. I certainly won't be looking anywhere else for somebody to clean the rest of our carpets. Top job! More...
