Glen cleaned our carpets today and made one heck of a Christmas difference! He was really quick providing us information and cost, and then managed to squeeze us in before Christmas. Glen was honest about what can be removed and what might be trickier, managing my expectations about draft marks, but it’s like a new carpet. Glen was great. We have just moved into a new house and needed a very dirty carpet cleaned. Glen was able to remove all the dirt and the carpet looks fresh, apart from parts where the pile has been trampled over many, many years, but that's nothing Glen could cure and he actually did a great job reviving it as best he could. We had our living room and hall carpets cleaned by Fresher Floors this week and we are very happy with the results. The carpet has been down for about 10 yrs so was pretty dirty in places but Glen has managed to get the marks out, so the carpet looks and smells much cleaner.
