Did a hatchet on a small bush at the front damaging a tiny fence.

I asked for simple membrane and stones as can not manage front garden due to arthritis. Work done 12.12.20 and discovered that no membrane laid so weeds came up within a few weeks. Promised to return to put right but never did. Now have to remove stones and lay membrane myself. More...
