First class service. Craig came out several times . We had a leak in the roof space that led to issues with condensation ,caused the insulation to be ineffective and need replaced. Craig and his team came out the other day to carry out the job , this involved removing the old insulation , installing new insulation and a storage area. Craig was excellent from start to finish. He came from Ayr to Dumfries just to provide a quote which I felt was great customer service. He and his team then came back a week later to do the work as per his quote. They were done in a day and tidied up after them. Craig from Envirosmart was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job. He was very friendly, prompt and reliable with an initial on-site survey and subsequently carrying out the work, only one week afterwards. Everything left tidy and clean.
