My wife and I hired Kerrie and Vicky as wedding coordinators for our big day and they were both absolute stars.They joined multiple video calls in the lead up to the day and provided so much knowledge and advice on the best way to go about things. They even drove up to the site beforehand to meet us and go through everything in person.On the day itself, they made sure everything went smoothly and let us both just enjoy the day. This included coordinating our caterer, bar staff, and all the various deliveries from suppliers that arrived in the morning. Kerrie and Vicky are honestly the TWO MOST AMAZING PEOPLE in this world!! We booked them a few weeks before our wedding and I cannot tell you how much weight they took off our shoulders, right from liasing with all suppliers for us, making some of our wedding stationery, dealing with all last minute crises and just generally being so helpful and amazing! ! Working with Enticing Events Ltd was the best decision we made particularly as my husband and I were both working full-time and had other commitments which meant that we had very little time (and energy) to work on wedding planning. From the very first discovery call right through to the day of the wedding (and after!) Kerrie and Vicky were both incredibly supportive, driven and knowledgeable which meant that we had full confidence that everything was in hand and the way the day turned out (was pretty perfect) was a testament to all the hard work that Kerrie and Vicky put in. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Enticing Events, Kerrie and Vicki did such an amazing job! From the first call Kerrie made us feel completely at ease, excited about the process and that we were in safe hands. We went with their co-ordination package as we had already located a venue, caterer and band. Kerrie picked up all of the communcation between the three parties and handled all of the logistics making it a stress free process. Communication was great, particularly in the lead up to the wedding day. All of our queries were answered pretty much straight away, no matter the time. On the day of the wedding they handled everything so smoothly and professionally and went above and beyond what was expected to ensure we had the best day ever. I would give 10 stars if Google would allow - run do not walk to book Enticing Events for your wedding (or any other event for that matter)! ! As our on the day coordinator Kerrie and her assistant Vicky came on aboard about 6 weeks ahead of our big day and from that moment any stress for us completely dissipated. Our venue turned out not to be the easiest to work with but Kerrie shielded us from any of the last minute stress, with a wonderfully calm, collected and cheerful manner. In the run up they were available at any time, super responsive to our queries, making lots of time for calls with our other vendors. Nothing was too small or too big for them to handle, no question too silly, the attention to detail for things we hadn’t event thought of or considered ourselves was amazing! They leaned in to decorate our ceremony room and it was breathtaking. I’m not even sure how to begin to thank Kerrie for helping us plan & co-ordinate our wedding. She is probably the most efficient person I have ever met! From the first Zoom call we just knew that Kerrie would be our greatest asset - she was super friendly, and crucially we felt that she would be on our side in terms of getting us the best deals for our day. She knew our venue very well, and put us in touch with the best vendors. Every vendor we used had nothing but praise for Kerrie - all of them said something along the lines of “you’re in the best hands with Kerrie!”. We had a big 300-person wedding but Kerrie didn’t even bat an eyelid - plus, her suggestions made the day feel really intimate. I felt completely calm when asking her to sort something out because I knew it would be done. I highly recommend Kerrie from Enticing Events if you’re looking for a wedding planner - she was a complete blessing and extremely flexible. Kerrie and Vicky made the extra effort to have multiple catch up video calls and site visits to ensure the day went seamlessly and we were able to enjoy the way more. We were cutting some things quite fine and faced some other issues along the way with some suppliers which Kerrie sorted out for us and we weren’t even aware - she somehow managed to smooth things over without creating a scene. Bringing Kerrie on board to co-ordinate our wedding day was the best decision we made, and the best money we spent. Our venue was dry hire so there were quite a few elements to manage, set up and bring together on the day, and we soon realised we couldn’t do this ourselves. The piece of mind knowing someone so capable, organised and calm would be running our day was just invaluable. We were immediately reassured from our first call with Kerrie, when she was asking us questions we hadn’t even thought to ask (high chairs, napkins, cake knife?). She managed all our contractors in the build up (and stepped in on some tricky conversations!), made sure the venue looked absolutely perfect and was a brilliant host on the day. TLDR: Whether you want a company that can do it all, or just hold your hand whilst you give it a go, Enticing Events is for you 100%! I couldn't be happier to write a review for Kerrie. She was highly recommended by a friend, and it's no surprise to see her business thriving—she is simply impeccable at what she does. We had a backyard, countryside wedding with marquees, a live band, catering, and a whole host of vendors. Kerrie managed them all with incredible ease, even bringing some of her own trusted suppliers into our network and adding some of ours to her recommendations. She also handled every ad-hoc issue that popped up, from ensuring elderly guests had proper access to managing the classic English weather (read: rain) without a hitch. On the day, Kerrie was the perfect level of present yet under the radar. I never noticed her until I needed her, and by the time I thought of something, it was already handled. Her professionalism is second to none, both with vendors and our guests. Many of our family members who have been to similar weddings were highly complimentary on how 'just the right amount' Kerrie and co. were present. Above all, she was so much fun to work with! I never dreaded our conversations; it just felt like having a highly organised friend in the room to keep me on track. Kerrie is incredibly flexible and gives you as much or as little freedom as you need. We had a lot of DIY elements we wanted to handle ourselves, and she let us do our thing while holding our hands through the parts we hadn't a clue about, such as power! Kerrie was an absolute asset to us on our wedding day. She managed the day brilliantly, solving problems and dealing with any hiccups - so much so that I still don’t know what they were, but I’m sure they occurred as we had our wedding in a marquee on family property therefore we were not set up as a venue for events! Kerrie was friendly and practical and did a great job setting us up for the day with scheduling etc. she went above and beyond. I wasn’t sure if I needed somebody for this role - however in hindsight I really did and I’m so glad all of us and my family got to enjoy the day knowing there was somebody taking control with all the answers behind the scenes. I could not recommend her more highly - having booked her on a recommendation from a friend of mine. It’s difficult to express how perfect Kerrie was as our wedding co-ordinator. We had a Catholic wedding day 1 followed by a Hindu wedding ceremony on day 2 at Offley Place. Kerrie was so great at going through the detailed chronology of the day, being on supplier meetings and asking questions of the venue on our behalf. She has great attention to detail- from contingency plans for rain, procession order at the church, who was handling confetti to liaising with the photographers/videographers so we all knew what the plan was over the two days. On both days, she was the first person to arrive and last person to leave alongside her assistant Vicky. They were both joyous and positive and a pleasure to work with over the months leading up to the wedding. It didn’t feel like this was just another wedding, but instead the process felt like having a very excited and competent friend (who is also a great wedding planner) helping us through what can be quite a large undertaking and detail orientated process. Whether it was liaising with decor, setting up the church, garden games, getting buttonholes to groomsmen, setting up the guest book station, getting through family photos seamlessly, ensuring the drinks were cold, getting ppl sparklers at the right time- it was all under control and both days ran to time despite there being a lot to pack in! Kerrie together with our decor team ensured the reception hall was so beautifully decorated. If anything went wrong on the day we didn’t become aware of it and we were able to enjoy the day fully, as were our nearest family which meant the world and it’s something that we will forever cherish. We had so many comments from guests that Kerrie was amazing on the day and a welcome point of contact and people appreciated that she helped both days run seamlessly. She liaised with suppliers asking so many important questions we’d never think of asking, went through the order of the days with us to ensure everything was planned to the last detail, was a great sounding board for us as well as providing emotional support! For example, my wife’s hair dresser on day 2 fell through last minute and Kerrie was able to provide lots of alternatives. On the days, she was incredible!! First to arrive, last to leave. So many guests raved about her. It meant both my wife and I could enjoy the special occasion and be in the moment rather than worrying about logistics! Kerrie is an amazing coordinator. She took on our wedding with only a few weeks notice but she made sure she fully understood what we wanted to achieve and what was agreed with all our suppliers, going through all the emails to cross reference everything herself and only asked us the most essential questions. On the day she was absolutely wonderful, arriving early to help set up and making sure the whatever was happening next was set up and she was ready to effortlessly glide us through the day. We were incredibly fortunate to have Kerrie as our wedding coordinator, and we cannot praise her enough for the extraordinary job she did. From the moment we started planning, Kerrie was nothing short of amazing. She was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small (or even what time of day) and her responsiveness made us feel completely supported throughout. She has such an eye for detail and wanted to make sure we had a perfect day. We had regular meetings in the lead up to the wedding and she attended every site visit to make sure everything would run smoothly on the day. Unfortunately we had a big hiccup with one of our suppliers two weeks before the wedding and Kerrie came to the rescue. In less than 24 hours she had done the seemingly impossible. She had sourced a new supplier and turned everything round to make sure once again we were on track for a perfect wedding day. On the day of the wedding, Kerrie was a true superstar. Kerrie came highly recommended to us by a friend and from our first interaction with her, we could see why! We had decided to hold our reception at home and have an outdoor rustic theme for the wedding - little did we know how much there was to think about and organise for an event this large! Kerrie shared all her experience with us and helped fast track so many elements that we either hadn't thought about or weren't sure how to tackle - from cabling and power supplies, through to on the day logistics, we can't thank Kerrie enough for all the support she gave us. It was like having our own personal project manager - but with so many more bells and whistles! We had regular contact each month with Kerrie to check in and keep us on track with what we needed to do by when. She also helped us work through any issues and was a brilliant 'neutral' perspective on anything where there may of been different views. An added bonus is that Kerrie has a great list of contacts for different wedding aspects and this came in incredibly useful along the way - we went with a photographer recommended by her and were so delighted with him. As we got closer to the wedding day, we then had weekly check in's and Kerrie produced us the final schedule for the day to make sure all the timings would work. On our wedding day, Kerrie was present the entire day, in the background, but making sure everything was running seamlessly. In the morning, we had lots of people arriving to set up things like the cake, DJ equipment, caterers to lay the tables etc - Kerrie managed all of this for us to make sure that everything looked perfect. We had nothing to worry about the entire day as Kerrie had everything in hand - it just took any stress out of the day and meant we could concentrate on enjoying our special day.
