We found Sonny to be very efficient and helpful. He came to do the work when promised, was quick, thorough, and did an excellent job at cutting back trees and bushes.

So very pleased with the work Sonny has done for us, neat,tidy and such a pleasant guy. Quick response to our need of help with our garden and will definitely be using him again

Sonny and team did a fantastic job cutting our big tree on slopping ground that was next to our neighbours fence, this was not an easy job and the team removed the cut down tree and debris, very professional, would hire again!

Hi aleena. We did clean all the waste that we had cut of. We cant take waste that was already on site. We did the job for £50 that was more of a favour than a job. We cut your front and rear. It cost me £30 to do it for you. Personally i think you want to much for your money as we have never had any problems before as you can see from my previous reviews. I have currently been installing new astro turf and new patio on the street behind your property. Come take a look if you like. We have never had any previous problems with any other customers. So please dont leave bad reviews affecting my business over £50. We will no longer carry out any other works for you in the future kind regards sonny Encoretls

I received a response to my request within 2hrs, even though it was a Sunday. I was contacted to make an appointment within 24hrs and the work was completed within 48hrs of my initial enquiry. The team was efficient, tidy and friendly. They worked very hard to ensure the work was completed within 4hrs. Sonny kept us updated throughout, from the first contact. Great person the best neatly pruned and topped our conifers and removed the waste.

They did a great job trimming and topping my conifers and taking away the cuttings.

Sonny is very good quite worker. Did a fantastic job cutting a medium size tree on his own and left the site clean afterwords. Will use him again anytime.

Fantastic communication, service and job done. Cannot fault!

so needed somebody to come and trim down our big front hedge.. Sonny responded very quickly and within 2 hours he had been to my house had a look and gave a very fair quote. Even started work the same day and even better got it all done and cleaned up before attending another job somewhere else! All in one day!! They seem to work very fast and efficent while doing an amazing job to detail! The hedge now looks amazing and in shape now and looks a hell of a lot better then before..I cannot recommend these guys highly enough and from now on i shall be using them for other jobs i have! cheers guys!
