What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is being able to solve problems and see the finished result. Whether it’s a small domestic repair, a full electrical installation or commercial work, I enjoy providing a reliable service and leaving every customer with a job that has been completed properly, safely and to a high standard.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started Enclave Electrical because I wanted to build a business based on quality workmanship, reliability and treating customers properly. I wanted the freedom to take pride in every job I complete, build long-term relationships with customers and create a company that people can confidently recommend to friends, family and other businesses.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose Enclave Electrical because we focus on quality, reliability and clear communication from start to finish. We take the time to understand what the customer needs, provide honest advice and complete work safely and professionally. We treat every job, regardless of size, with the same level of care and aim to leave every customer completely satisfied.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Most of our electrical and property maintenance services require us to attend the property, as we believe a proper assessment is important before carrying out work. However, we can provide advice, discuss requirements, review photographs or videos of the job and provide initial estimates remotely where appropriate, helping customers understand their options before arranging an appointment.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We continue to take a sensible and considerate approach to customer safety. We maintain good hygiene practices, keep work areas clean and tidy, and respect any reasonable precautions requested by customers. Where appropriate, we can discuss requirements in advance so that work can be carried out safely and comfortably for everyone involved.
