Andrew came out immediately on a Saturday to work on a faulty lock mechanism in bishops stortford at my parents house. He was thorough, assessed the problem, and fixed it in a good time.
Andrew went on to explain what was wrong and how he fixed the problem offering reassurance to two people who needed to know their property was secure. On top of this great service he was fair on price, a very professional service, and one I would not hesitate to hire again. Superb, hire with confidence.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to provide a genuine, local alternative to the large national locksmith agencies that often use call centers and subcontractors. By starting Emergency Local Locksmith, I ensure that my customers speak directly to the expert doing the work. I wanted to build a business based on honest, transparent pricing and a personal touch that you only get from a neighbor who has worked in the Harlow and Essex community for two decades
