Quick response, professional polite . No job is definitely not too small. I was struggling to change settings on outside security light and issues with a faulty connection fitting a bulb in cooker hood. This took him only few minutes to sort his generosity not charging me is something you do not hear of therefore it is tradesman like this to bear in mind for future work & keep them in business. I don’t normally write reviews, but Electric-Cal Solutions deserve an exception. They were professional, reliable, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. They installed outdoor lights with a motion sensor and upgraded my consumer unit, explaining everything clearly along the way. Had to phone Callum at 6pm on a Friday night, we had no power and the board would not reset. He said he would be with us in 15 minutes and he was. He carried out a thorough investigation and found a melted switch near the meter. Off he went to collect a replacement and came back and changed it. Tested everything and left us with power. Not being one to easily recommend a service I have been provided I feel that I simply have to comment on the excellent work recently carried out at my property by Callum of Electric -Cal Solutions. I rang you out of hours and explained i had no power to my sockets, id unplugged everything but still no joy. I told you theres 2 angry kids without wifi. A fish tank of soon to be dead fish 😂 and a freezer full of food. I asked if you were the guy who could help, and you said yes. You came in 20 minutes and spent an hour testing every socket, you found the dodgy wiring leading to the outside shed and you made it safe. All for your standard call out charge.
