Eddie has been extremely helpful regarding my ancient HP Laptop which needed a main system 'C' DRIVE replacing along with additional help in advising on a problem I am having wrt my Samsung phone. He has visited me 3 times, as the TX from my old drive caused problems, which was very stressful. Had a real problem with my desktop pc after loosing all my internet drivers. I tried everything i know in an attempt to remedy my problem including multiple driver downloads that just would not work. Thank goodness for EB IT Support Ltd. Called them up and got through to Eddie who arranged to come out and deal with the issue. Eddie arrived at my residence right on time and within minutes had diagnosed the problem and found a soulution. Eddie is a fine technician who without doubt really knows his stuff.
