The most perfect DJ! We hosted a party for our National dog competition, we gave David absolutely no direction for music other than read the vibe on the night as we didn't even know what to expect. .. David 100% made our party! What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Reading the room and keeping the audience happy, typically I will start an event with slower, more chilled music while people are arriving, buying food or drinks and getting comfortable, followed by building up into faster, more danceable songs as the crowd becomes more involved.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
My style is fun, plain and simple. I love music and it is a privilege to get to do this job and I believe this attitude and passion shines through my work. I play all genres and eras of music but I especially like pop, party and house music and I also like to play remixes and mashups to keep things interesting so the audience get to hear different versions of songs they know and love.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people have a great time and enjoy themselves dancing to the music I play gives me great satisfaction, especially after I have spent a lot of time building up a music library of all genres and eras including finding remixes and mashups of songs to add some variety.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started DJing as a hobby in 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic, shortly after I got my first paid gig in a local bar and nightclub in 2021, but it wasn't until the start of 2025 when I decided to invest in a fully mobile setup so I can now DJ for events, parties and weddings. I enjoy the flexibility of working for myself and not being tied to a weekly residency in the same venue, and I get to meet new people and DJ in new places.

I have over 5 years' experience as a DJ including clubs, bars and some radio exposure, as well as being incredibly passionate about what I do. I am also involved in a local cadet organization so I have DBS and am familiar with what music teens are into, what is trending on TikTok etc.
