Dogs R Us

I have been using Dogs R Us since I started a new job in August.

Marcelle is reliable, accommodating and trustworthy.

Marcelle has access to my home when I’m out.
Marcelle has never let me down.
Marcelle has meet my needs even when considered “unsociable hours”

My dogs now recognise her car and get so excited when they see her, we have regular walking slots and Marcelle has taken them both overnight, visited more than once on a Saturday to allow us a day out and even called in over Christmas so we could visit family.
I would happily speak with anyone to confirm my statement, my hairdresser has also used Dogs R Us for a few years and we only realised this when I was telling her how wonderful the service is.

We used Dogs r Us for the first time and were very impressed. Marcie visited twice at home before the day to aquaint herself with our Labrador. He took to her immediately and was most happy in her company.

One word they are Brilliant!!... My Dog Winston took to them straight away Witch he never does as he doesn't like people very Much at all but love's them He love's going on walks with them he can't wait to get out of that door quick enough In Fact they have changed the way Winston see people in general he doesn't look at them as a threat or scary anymore. . Marcie looked after my dog sparky for A few days whilst I was working away.
My dog is normally not very good with strangers but took to Marcie straight away.
Marcie kept me updated with pictures of sparky enjoying himself which was very reassuring and she was very reasonably priced.

I did not bathe your dogs . If I did I would say I did as just told you I only washed Wilma bottom on the day you dropped them here as was disgusting and Bettys bottom didn't have poo there as she not as furry as wilma so I didn't need to wash her bottom. I have no need to be lying about if I bathed them . I am not going to go back and fourth about this . As I said this is all very strange and bizarre It's fine with your review I am just correcting you on the things that not true and have beeen dramatised about texts. I am confident with my business and my customers and how I care for all the animals and I have lots of regular customers who are very happy with my services.

Dogs r us have been brilliant and very professional with correct documents. Our dog Lola is quite fussy who she goes to but is so happy and comfortable when out on her walks couldn’t recommend enough

We were so worried about leaving our dogs but she has been absolutely amazing & my dogs love her!

Can not thank her enough for looking after them at our house whilst we were away, they were very happy and on our return our house was immaculate.

We were kept updated with how they were and sent lots of doggie pics! Kept our mind at ease to see they were ok & enjoying walks at the beach!

Our dog loved Marcie she has looked After him twice now for long weekends. He is well cared for and taken for lots of walks she sent photos and let us know how how he was getting on would definitely recommend her and will use again

Rubbish . We arranged to take our dog over to meet Marcie , we were asked to be there at 1 pm .That same morning we were asked if we could make it 2pm instead which we agreed . Got there at 2 having driven nearly 10 miles and she was not in . Got a message saying she was in Leigh and she'd be back at 2:15 . This gave us no confidence at all about leaving our pet with her . I text early morning to see if ok to change meeting at 1pm to 2pm which you agreed was ok with you . I had an appointment in leigh on sea and this was an important personal appointment which they had changed in the morning and it took longer than they said it would so thats why I text to say sorry I will be home at 2.15 and I got no reply I then rang you after appointment had finished to say on my way home but you didn't answer . I then waited in as thought maybe you was held up for 15 minutes as no answer to my text or phone call . I got home and you text me at 2.45 to say you had left phone on charge. I was very apologetic about being 15 minutes behind schedule but it was an appointment I couldn't cancel and I wasn't expecting it to take that long and I also called you soon as appointment finished . I am sorry for the inconvenience of you driving all that way .

Marcie was great, she kept Tsotsi (my indoor cat) entertained and made sure his box was nice and clean. She kept me updated with messages & photos which was great while being so far away.
I highly recommend her.

I found Marcie through bark to look after my dog pippy at Xmas absolutely fantastic would definitely use again. Pippy can be a bit anxious but soon relaxed I was sent videos of her having a lovely time. Marcie has been my go to sitter since I found her back in the summer. My cat loves her and even comes in plays with her, mentioning this as he is your ultimate scared cat . Just went away last week and she looked after him for 4 nights with no issue sending updates and pics whilst she was sitting him.

We used dogs r us to look after our cats ironically. But they do all sorts of pet service. And they were great, Marcelle is a true genuine person who you can tell loves animals.
