Jon was great, really warm and easy to explain everything to with regards to care and requirements for care of my cat. Took notice of all the little things. Spent way longer on each visit than any other pet sitter I've had before which brought out my cats character and temperament way more so he was happy and had company while I was away. Jon always goes above and beyond, I trust him 100% but more importantly my 2 very small babies trust him, which is very rare, Boni is very sceptical of new people but she took to him straight away.
Visited them twice a day, gave them cuddles and kept them company, he doesn't just pop in feed and disappear he has quality time with them which is brilliant

Absolutely fantastic service so pleased John came to meet our dogs before I went on holiday my dogs have never been left before with anyone but family my dogs immediately liked John while I was away John came couple of times every day sent me pictures and updates of how they were and walked them twice daily was very reasonable in his pricing will definitely be using his services again can't speak highly enough of him .

Holidays have always been a difficult time for me, until I met Jon from Dog Cat Dog Cat, my pets are my world and I have quite a mix, two macaw parrots ( total escape artists and not particularly friendly) , two large sulcata tortoises, one snake, one iguana and a very old cat, Jon was absolutely great with them all. We had Jon stay at our house to look after our fur babies for a couple of nights when we were away and we wouldn't hesitate in having him again. Very warm and happy person and our babies took to him straight away. Jon is a very caring man who obviously loves dogs. We have never left our 16year old Jack Russel with anyone before. She has a heart problem and also has just Been diagnosed with bladder cancer. We came across Jon through bark. We had a family event in Ireland that we couldn't get out of so painfully had to leave her for the weekend. Jo stayed at thee house for 4 days and 3 nights and kept us up to date with pictures and messages . She was happy and content when we got back and that's all we wanted . I honestly can't praise this man and his service enough was excellent with my mums dogs and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met really helped with updates on each visit and made sure dogs were comfortable at home will be the only service I will use from here forward truly great.

Jon stayed at our home and took care of our cat, Sox, whilst we were away on a 9 day holiday. Jon did an excellent job! He regularly gave us updates on Sox and sent us photos. Sox took to Jon which we were pleased with, and she was calm when we returned and not distressed. Jon looked after our German Shepherd in our house for 2 weeks while we were on holiday. He did 2 pre visits to get to know her and her to get to know him. Jon arranged a visit to meet our cats after contacting him. He came again two days before we went on holiday to picked up the key and go through the cats routine. We left instructions as he requested. Although our one cat is quite shy with strangers, he seemed to accept Jon quite quickly.

Contact with Jon was very easy, despite it being at quite short notice. Arranged for a pre-holiday visit, where Jon introduced himself, and we showed him what we needed. Arranged a drop off time for the keys, as Jon was very local to us.

It is always concerning when you are opening your home to a stranger and entrusting them to care for your pets but with Jon you need not worry. Jon was an absolutely great. My Mum has nearly 20 dogs and we wanted to take her out for a surprise 70th dinner. I recently moved to Monmouth away from friends and family and didn’t have anyone local I could call upon to look after my fur baby Lily when I went on holiday, so decided I needed to find a professional pet sitter. Jon came to the house to meet Lily and I a few days before my holiday and he was super lovely and very professional. During my time away Jon came to the house twice daily and sent me regular updates and photos to ensure me Lily was well and looked after. On returning home Lily was happy and relaxed and Jon went as far as checking in via phone on my return to make sure everything was ok.. I would definitely recommend Jon from Dogcatdogcat. Like most pet owners you are always a little dubious about leaving your furry friends and house with a stranger while you go of travelling. I travel quite frequently going abroad at least once a month and feel happy to leave my cats in the hands of Jon. After meeting him for the first time it calmed my nerves, Jon is a happy gentleman who you can tell cares. I had updates when away and photos. All was good. I have used Jon numerous this year and will not use anyone else now. I can happily relax everytime i go away knowing my kitties are being looked after by Jon.

I have never used this company before but I would highly recommend them. They looked after my 4 dogs in my home from 12. 30 PM until about 11pm for me to attend a wedding.
