Extremely poor service!! We needed to chase the communication the entire time. We waited almost a month for his availability and arranged other jobs to be done after he was due to finish. Contacted us late the evening before he was due to arrive to start the job after we asked 2 days earlier what time he'd be arriving. Told us he'd been ill over the weekend and would contact us in a few days! We needed the jobs done that week. This meant we had to push back our new carpet, our home report, our deep clean & estate agent photos. We explained that if he wasn't going to make it on the Tuesday we'd need to find someone else. He eventually after a few days replied saying he'd do it the following week. That was not suitable for us, he is now refusing to refund the £165 deposit! Shocking service and really let us down.
