Recently got in touch with Nick about replacing our faulty electric shower and re-sealing the bath. The whole process was really smooth from start to finish, and communication was great throughout. He came round the next day to have a look and give me a quote, which I really appreciated. He helped me make a sensible decision and fitted the new electric shower as soon as it arrived. What a great company. We contacted them to have the bath removed and a walk in shower installed after they'd done a good job on next door's shower. They inspected the bathroom and gave us a swift date to do the job. Communication was good. Nick and Paul arrived at the promised time and, get this, the bath was removed; all the pipework done; the walls covered in attractive shower proof cladding; the long tray and enclosure installed and a grab rail and corner basket installed; the old bath and all the other rubbish immediately removed and everything left spick and span - ALL IN UNDER FIVE HOURS! From start to finish the service received was amazing. Nick came down, measured up, quoted us, went to dreams himself to look at the bathroom and the work he’s done is unreal. Mid April I went to Bubbles and Dreams in Leigh to chose a new bathroom Nick Farrell was recommended to fit it and the job was started on Monday . To say I’m pleased is an understatement My bathroom looks fantastic. Nick and his team arrived at 8am where really hardworking and left everywhere was clean as possible when they finished for the day. He made sure I had a toilet and hot water. I can't recommend Direct Solutions, Plumbing Gas and Central Heating enough. We have a 14 year old boiler and no hot water! Tom called out and advised me to call the manufacturer as they have a network of local engineers to call and fix the problem at a fixed price, so would save us money, even though he could easily solve it. So, Engineer booked and coming tomorrow....we'll be getting in touch with Direct Solutions for our annual service. If anyone is looking for a Plumbing/Heating Company, call them 👍 More...
