Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was fantastic, I asked for a quote online and had a very satisfactory one the next day. There were 16 in our party but there was no issues with adding a trailer for our luggage. Our driver Ray was brilliant, he turned up on time and helped us with the bags. He even played some holiday tunes to get us in the mood!!The return journey was just as good, Ray had given me his number and I text him when we got through customs. We always use D&G for our taxi to and from the airport. We are a large family (there is ten of us!) and D&G provide us with safe, comfortable, professional transportation. We used David and Rays 16 seater mini bus to take our group of golfers to Newcastle airport and back, found communication very easy, the van was immaculate, even had an extra trailer for all of the clubs and cases, punctual and couldn’t do enough to help! We hired D&G Minibus Hire yesterday to go to flamingo land for the day, 16 seater. Messaging them was easy, very fast reply’s, driver was here 5 minutes before he was due, we had a lovely driver, kids were over the moon he put music on that suited everyone and turned it up for the kids when a song came on they loved! Took a punt booking D&G after seeing good reviews on Facebook but I'd never heard of them. I wanted a minibus to take a few of us from South Shields, via Washington to pick up someone else, and then up to the airport. I messaged and got a reply more or less straight away with the price - which I was super pleased with, cheaper than I was expecting. Davey the driver was really canny, he was bang on time for us, took care of getting all the luggage on and off the minibus and then on our return he was true to his word waiting there to collect us. Contacted D and G at last minute to take 10 of us through to Newcastle and to pick up 4 hours later. Price was agreed and inexpensive given the last minute contact.
