Well my system isn't installed yet but soon will be. Colm was and indeed is not only patient and attentive but absolutely never pushy. From my experience Colm not only listens to the customer and their needs but is prepared to point out the pros and cons of every part of any installation no matter how long it takes. He not only made me feel totally at ease throughout the whole procedure but actually offered(after l told him yes) to also install my T.v. at no extra cost. Easy to talk to and an absolute gentleman in every sense of the word. However if l am being perfectly honest I think that he turned up whenever he said he would caused me to immediately admire not only his work ethic but moreso his apparent determination to please EVERY customer whether potential or otherwise. Having being initial unsure about using Design Security Systems I was quickly put at ease with their clear knowledge & understanding they displayed of the security industry. I am by know means a techy person, but DSS explained it without all the “big words” and without trying to up-sell other unnecessary products, like the others did.Once we agreed on a discreet CCTV system for my house, DSS arrived on time and fitted the system with minimal disruption to my busy household. The installation was fast, efficient and with minimal wire exposure as I requested.Once it was finally set up I was delighted with the results, the resolution is superb, even at night.DSS showed me how to control and monitor it from my computer, TV and from my mob phone when iam away. Of course I forgot this a few weeks later, but just called DSS and their customer service/after sales was first class.I Would highly recommend. More...

I had a complete house alarmed installed and would strongly recommend to anyone contemplating having the same done. He was honest, reliable, cheerful and competent, reasonably priced and most importantly was on time. Customer service was excellent in that he followed up with a phone call after work was complete. Six months later he called and performed a test of the system. Everything was up to scratch. He is to give me a call in another six months for a follow-up at no charge. Now that's customer service!
