Jack took his time to asses why my large deck supplied by TimberTech had started sagging at one part of the decking. This was due to bad construction and lacking of air vent which trapped moisture in the joists. Jack and his team came on time repaired the deck to my full satisfaction in accordance with his quote. Our old wooden decking was falling apart. I was impressed with Jacks knowledge and advice when we were working out what the replacement would look like and he gave me a reasonable quote for the Job.
