Very prompt service from initial contact, Dan on time, very knowledgeable, clearly skilled with the job I required. Provided clear written plan and acceptable quote.
Agreed to the job, Dan kept me in touch with progress and timing, when it came to fitting there was a 'quality ' issue which Dan dealt with immediately and without fuss or question, he demonstrated total professionalism all through the project.
End result is a perfect outcome, on time and expertly completed.
Would not hesitate to recommend or employ Dan again.

I rang Dan and arranged a site meeting so as to go through the works and for him to give a qoute.
He actually turned up on time! I explained what I required and he proceeded to measure up. On finishing his measure he informed me that he would send the qoute through within the next two days, this he did to my surprise having dealt with many contractors over the years. Whilst the qoute was acceptable, there were a few changes I needed to make from my original requirements. I messaged Dan and explained the changes and he suggested that he revisit so as we could agree the changes. He again turned up at the agreed time and day to suit me ( Sunday). We agreed the changes and he re-qouted. The price was accepted and a start date given. Dan and his team turned up on the agreed date and completed the works as quoted. Throughout the works he and his team kept me informed and ensured that I was happy as works progressed. The works were completed to a very good standard making my neighbours and myself very happy. Dan was prompt to respond to my advert on Bark and came out to assess the job. Dan priced everything up, giving us alternative options which were more affordable. Dan then installed the fence and took great attention to detail, coming back a week later to do the final touches as there was a delay with the supplier for the materials.
