Literally the best gym in my opinion that I've ever been to and in the South Shore area. Bayshore looks and feels like one of those stereotypical gyms where you go in, get your hands dirty, lift, get your stuff done and get out. The gym is so big that they have a lot of equipment, even if it's packed, you don't feel like it. There are never lines for any stations or machines. Inside they also have a crossfit gym and a boxing area with a boxing ring inside as well. Easily one of the more diverse gyms out there. I wish that they upgrade the lockers though but other than that, I love coming here! More...

I haven’t used any of the equipment here but I’ve taken the Zumba class and it’s always so much fun! Although the weekend ones tend to be very crowded.

We are absolutely delighted with the photos that Daniel took on our wedding day in December! He was so cool and calm throughout the whole day I was worried that he may not have captured everything, but he did , and more! I would thoroughly recommend you to have Daniel at your big day as well as run the Photo Booth in the evening - him being there all day and night means we have some fantastic shots from the dance floor too that we just wouldn't have had if he was only there until the first dance. Dan is a lovely, genuine guy, that helped make our wedding dreams come true!
He captured some absolutely beautiful moments throughout our day, and night and provided us with some stunning photos that I haven't been able to stop looking at since!
He managed to naturally capture people's characters perfectly, even without knowing them, though he made a massive effort with all the guest, which they all commented on and praised him for.
It felt like he was willing to go above and beyond to make our dreams a reality and also used his initiative to contribute ideas of his own, to make our day even more memorable and special.

Daniel was suggested to us by the lovely couple that run the Wedding Venue that we chose for our Evening Reception and we are so pleased that he was. Daniel captured our Wedding Day perfectly and exactly how we had hoped, we didn't want the posed photos that so many other photographers opt for and were really looking for someone who would capture our Wedding guests in the moment and enjoying themselves and Daniel did not disappoint. We have recently received the photos from our special day and what an absolute treat they were to look through. Daniel was so helpful during the day also offering to take things from the Church up to the venue so neither Callum, myself or our family had to worry about it. And one of the biggest compliments I can give him is that many of our Wedding guest didn’t even realise we had a photographer as he just kept himself in the background capturing people in the moment. All communication with Daniel was spot on both before and after the big day and I honestly could not recommend him more he made us feel at ease through the entire process and day a truly lovely and talented guy. Awesome old school gym. Tons of free weights, benches, squat racks and machines.

3.5 stars. This is a very good gym. It's very large with a lot of equipment of pretty much every variety. A good 7 or 8 aquat racks and plenty of flat and incline benches. Also a tone of dumbbells. No deadlift platfoems though which is dissapointing. This means even at busy times there's very rarely every any issue with benches, racks, or equipment being available. I haven't used the classes so can't comment on those. Staff is very friendly, and prices are reasonable (although I would prefer if it was month by month rather than subscription). The main negative that holds this place back from being truly great is that so much of the equipment is old (though there's only a handful of pieces that I would say need replaced). The locker rooms and showers are in sore need of updating, and when it rains there are several leaks throughout the gym. More...

Old school iron gym that is still friendly to all types of gym goers. This gym is big enough to where there should never be a wait on machines/dumbbells but can feel crowded at times.
