How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We approach every individuals plan with care to understand a range of dynamics to build the perfectly tailored approach for you. Once weve built it - that plan is very clear and tailored for you. First though we get to know you well... your goals , condition and experience is one thing, how your time works and what obstacles you face is another. Frequency and consistency of the whole week plan is key to outcomes but how each individual achieves that can be very different. Another thing different for each individual is the initial intensity / velocity. Something we do particularly well is take time to understand you and find the right balance of 'agility' and 'encouragement' vs 'hard discipline' - are we building a set of habits in manageable chunks or are we 'kick-starting/blasting' Some individuals thrive at one intensity of 'approach' and other people at another 'intensity of approach' . For stticking to plan - Some people neeed and will thrive with reasonable room to adapt and others thrive with a stricter set of rules for their plans - the reality is that we have to really look at your weeks commitments, your goals and you as an inidividual to pick the right 'phyiscal' and 'motivational' approach that enables you to thrive with the whole plan - including exercise type of activity ( wieghts, boxing, functional, core etc) schedule (days training and resting) , Food and drink is the same

I was a fighter and a performer and I was always being asked to train with people , it was a natural pathway to combine the physical grit and determination with a real undrstabding of differnet people an dso it all just took and and has kept going ever since

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We made many adaptations and helped many people through this time wherever and whenever governmeent policy permitted online, in parks and then back in th egyms when we re opened
