Education on diet/nutrition and how to track food and what foods/calories/macros you should be consuming . I Teach my clients how to perform exercises safely with correct form and technique

Hard work, dedication and correct guidance. Create short term goals and stay consistent that will lead to your end goal!
What do you love most about your job?
the changes in clients both physically and mentally! the progress week by week and watching clients confidence soar!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The gym has been a huge part of my life since a teenager so using my knowledge and experience to help others as my job was like a dream
