What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Knowing what happens next. Most of the frames people remember are anticipated, not reacted to: the speech that is about to land, the couple who are about to laugh. Twenty-one years of running events taught me the shape of a day, so I am usually standing in the right place before the moment arrives. The technical side matters, but it is the part you can learn.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are the images for, and where will they be used? A set built for a website is not the same set built for press. Then: who has to be in them, what has to be captured no matter what, and what would make you say the day went well. After that the practical side — timings, venue, light, guest numbers, and who I should speak to on the day when something changes.
What do you love most about your job?
Being trusted with a day that only happens once. A wedding, a launch, a twenty-fifth birthday. There is no second attempt, and that pressure is the part I like. The other half is the hour after the room empties, when I already know which frame is the one they will use.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent 21 years producing live events, which meant hiring photographers and film crews and watching closely what they did. Five years ago I picked up the camera myself and found the two jobs use the same muscle: reading a room, planning for the version where it goes wrong, and knowing which moment actually matters. Doing both under one roof was the obvious step.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I have run the day as well as photographed it. Twenty-one years of event production, sixty-one productions documented with photography, and eight five-star reviews here. In practice that means one supplier instead of three, delivery in days rather than weeks, £1 million public liability cover, and a straight answer if I am not the right fit for what you need.

Photography and video are on-site work, so the shoot itself is in person, across London. What I can do remotely is everything around it: planning the coverage, agreeing the shot list and quoting beforehand, and the editing, retouching, colour and delivery afterwards.

Photography
Events, brand work, corporate and portraits. Shot with intent, edited properly and delivered in days rather than weeks. You get digital files sized for the feed and, where you want them, gallery-grade prints from the same frame. Coverage is planned around what the images are actually for, because a set built for a website is not the same set built for press.
Fine art prints, framed pieces and photo books, produced from your own shoot. Colour-managed and archival, so what you hang matches what you saw on the day and holds its colour for years. Useful for a wedding album, an office wall, or a gift that outlives the phone it was going to sit on.
Videography
Highlight films, brand pieces and vertical cuts, edited for the platform they will actually live on. Event films that capture the room as it felt, and short-form content cut to length for social. Filmed alongside the stills where it makes sense, so you are not paying two suppliers to stand in the same room.
Production
Suppliers, schedules, permits and crew, handled end to end. Twenty-one years of producing live events means the run sheet, the load-in and the things that go wrong at 4pm are familiar ground. You approve the plan once and I run it, so the day holds together without you having to chase it.
Monthly Content
A planned set of photographs and vertical videos every month, back with you inside 72 hours. One rate, no surprises. Built for venues, bars, restaurants and brands that need a steady feed rather than one shoot a year, with the month planned in advance so nothing is improvised on the day.
