I have had new windows in my 3 bed semi The sales guys were great and not pushy The back office was fab in dealing with queries and arranging appointments - with clear and concise updates The fitters, Dean & Luke were brilliant - walked me through the process, the install, the bits done, work for next day, and were very kind and polite. Also minimal mess (which i was dreading) - but no complaints at all. In terms of the office support, quality/safety/security>product, fitters support, fitment and checks - i would absolutely recommend C R Smiths in a heartbeat As someone who focuses on attention to detail i could not fault them - even more so with the weather and even a storm didn't knock Dean and Luke off track- both an asset to the company You wont be disappointed More...

Decided to change all windows that were installed when the house was built 25 years ago. The sales representative fully explained all the options that were available. CR Smith provided updates at every stage of the process supplied a detailed information pack covering design, timescales, instalation and aftercare. A big thank you to Michael and Liam who installed the new windows over a 3 day period. They took great care, were very professional and took pride in what they were doing. Excellent job. The painter arrived on the 4th day to complete the window sills. The Anthracite grey windows look fantastic and I have noticed an increase in temperature in the house since they were fitted. We sat late one Fri night discussing a blown window with no paperwork or remembering a date of installation. I phoned CR Smith with the expectation of being on hold to a call centre, hanging up and phoning back on the Monday. I got an instant answer and within 2 mins I was told the exact dates CR Smith had installed my windows, replaced a faulty window and returned to install doors purchased a different year. I was advised our guarantee was OOD (which I expected) but a fix it team were available to quote and repair any CR Smith or other supplier windows. They passed my details on to the repair team at my request and I was advised it would be the following week for contact due to it being Friday night which was perfectly fine & understandable. Within 10 mins of hanging up, the repair team phoned and booked me in for a visit/no obligation quote. I went ahead with the very reasonable quote and Ross & Grant came to do the work on the exact date and time I booked. Both boys fantastic banter and a credit to your team. Outstanding service, all Scottish members of staff, easy, hassle free. I knew I made the right choice in 2003 getting the windows initially but now just revisiting in 2026 I wouldnt even consider elsewhere based on the unreal customer service. More...

We have used C R Smith for new windows 3 times now, and I would use them again. The whole process is excellent, from our initial consultation with Graeme who understood what we needed, and was very helpful. To the surveyor (Willie?!) who came and took extra time and effort to detail our more complex windows. To the fitters, Wiki and his team, who were lovely to have here for a week, and accommodated window fitting around our toddler, and did an excellent job with some difficult windows. To the painter, who finished our windows beautifully. Our windows now really make our rooms, they look fantastic, and the quality is reliable. C R Smith is worth every penny. Thank you again.
