I am not someone who regularly complains having worked in retail, I understand that things go wrong but I just feel I need to be honest about my experience with CR Smith. I have purchase indoors from them and was sold them based on the quality and service, unfortunately, neither of these have been met. The quality is nowhere near what they claim and the service has amounted to continually changing appointments or not even turning up when agreed and things never get followed up. I have had to take several hours off work to come home, for them to correct issues only for them to have the wrong part or cancel me as they are to far away! On top of this, several of their staff have told me things would be followed up only for nothing to happen. Some of the issues experienced have been, the door handle coming off, then that being repaired but the screws being stripped, I STILL have two different colour door handles, one gold and one silver, the patio doors not closing, the front door now creaks and needs to be slammed to close, the seals on the patio doors coming away and several others issues. I note this does not seem to be the case for everyone and that I might be in the minority but feel I should let people know as when I have tried to speak with CR Smith it seems to fall on deaf ears. From the first minute to the last - the team at CR Smith were world class in everything they did. Our initial contact with Tommy was just what we needed. The expertise and advice we received made sure we chose which windows were best for our home in a relaxed and pressure free way. After we chose the windows the customer care team were always on hand to answer any questions and ensure our installation was pain-free and tailored to our convenience. Alison and Kodie were incredible in their care for us. Nothing was too big or too small and whenever we called, we were always greeted with a warm reception and excellent customer care. Then to our installation, which despite a lot of work getting done to our house, was completed in such a professional and non-disruptive way. From Thomas, our project manager, to our joiners Ryan and Aaron, we could not have envisaged a better experience in getting our windows done.
