I contacted Martin when I needed to clear my Aunt's property, initially I was just putting out feelers but Martin was understanding and explained how they worked and said let him know.
I contacted Martin when we decided it was time and with a few days notice he arranged to meet at the property and quote. He ran through the process how they worked and how long it would take. Offered a few dates and we agreed to start asap. The team arrived on the first day ready to go, they were very understanding of the situation and my Aunt's feelings. Really professional company and knowledgeable about proper waste disposal, licenced and you know they are not going to dump clearance! I used Martin to clear a house after a bereavement. Out of all the people I spoke to when I made the initial enquiry, he was the one who was the most compassionate and seemed to understand how emotional the task at hand was.
It took 2 years before I was ready to move forward with the clearance, but I knew without a doubt that it was Clutter2Clear that I wanted to use. Initially, I'd felt some embarrassment over the condition of the property, where things were rarely thrown away over the years. However, meeting with Martin left me feeling reassured.
Over 2 days, Martin and Rico cleared nearly 4 decades of belongings from the property, removing items from the shelves, cupboards, drawers, work surfaces and floors. I was really keen to give as much to charity as possible, and Martin was really accommodating of this wish.
I don't live in the same part of the country as the house that was cleared, so the provisional quote was based on a video to make things easier for me. There was good communication throughout, and I found Martin to be very friendly, kind, patient and compassionate. He knows how to do his job well, and I felt that I was in safe hands from the start.

Martin was just what I needed at a difficult emotional time arranging the clearance of my mum’s house. Martin and Ricco were absolutely brilliant! They worked very fast, bagged all clutter, dismantled furniture in order to fit as much as possible onto the van, Martin would ask whether he could throw things away when he thought they could be of sentimental value. He found my grandmothers wedding photos! Martin and Ricco even came back the next day to help with clearing the loft.
