Mostly good service, great cleaners, good to know they are vetted and insured. Also the agency will find a backup if your usual cleaner can't come. The only drawback is the agency commission is rather high at £2.90 per hour of cleaning, and they don't keep actual records, so they charge you even if you were on holidays and clean didn't happen, unless you dispute it, which is a drag. DISAPPOINTED I had 2 different cleaners from this company in the space of 3 months and was let down by both. Bruce, the owner, seems a nice guy but his communication skills are sadly lacking. I was left "hanging" waiting for a response to my queries regarding his service and, being fed up after 3 months of this and having to constantly chase him for a response and clarification, I found another cleaner from a difference source who is excellent and very reliable. Bruce was able to visit on Monday and allocated a suitable cleaner for me the same day. She was able to meet me and look at the house on Thursday and we’ve agreed that she will start next Monday. They have been very professional. And are very fair priced.

Cleanhome were quick to respond to a request for a cleaner and finding someone to clean for me on the day and time I preferred. After a meeting with the manager in my home, we discussed how many hours may be needed each week and what I needed doing. Bruce is very polite & gave me all the info I needed in his phone call. I am very impressed how his firm manages everything. I’m impressed that they vet proposed cleaners in their own home & cover insurance etc. Bruce came to our house to survey what I needed doing first & to see if any other questions arose. Overall, a good company, and supplied a really good thorough cleaner.

I had just been really let down with a company so was dubious moving forward with another. From start to end, Cleanhome were prompt, professional and personal. Bruce got in tough straight away and really took the time to get to know me
