Loose tiles on my father's roof. Russell responded quickly to my enquiry, arranged to come out the following day, a Sunday, arrived promptly, and made suitable repairs. He kindly surveyed the roof, advised that most was in a good condition and well maintained but pointed out that some felting to dormers would be needed soon.
