We recently used Citadel Grounds Maintenance for tree work and were really pleased with the service. The team were friendly, professional and worked hard throughout the day. During the job they uncovered an issue with one of our cherry tree that wasn’t visible beforehand. Rather than carrying out the planned reduction and risking the tree’s health, they explained the situation and recommended waiting until the dormant season. They’ve already booked us in for the beginning of November to return and complete the reduction, which I really appreciate. It’s reassuring to find a company that puts the health of the tree first rather than simply completing the job. I’d happily recommend them. More...
