Not only was the food and service outstanding but the communication from the get go has been second to none. I had a specific budget I needed to stick to and the team couldn't have been more flexible. Not only did they produce a beautiful menu that didn't stretch this, they were able to serve the menu I wanted! I couldn't be more happier. Christine’s Catering produced the most amazing birthday dinner for 20. We were staying at a large property outside Hereford for my birthday celebrations. I found Christine’s online and sent an enquiry to which I received a quick response with lots of menu suggestions. We had people in the group with allergies and Mandy was able to easily adjust my food choices to accommodate them. The team that arrived to cater the dinner was professional and well organised- food arrived when we expected it and most importantly it was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. I booked Christine’s Catering for my Dad’s Funeral buffet. Mandy always got back to me and together we planned some of Dad’s favourite foods and so made the buffet more personal, for example, individual trifles. My brother and I have coeliac’s disease and she catered for this with no problem at all. The food was delicious and well presented. I have used Christine's catering 3 times in the last 3 months for two lunches and one evening buffet. I asked in particular for no sandwiches and more healthy options (I'm adverse to brown buffets) and they delivered spectacularly! Delicious homemade quiches, yummy homemade sausage rolls, fresh vibrant salads, large fruit platters, yummy vegetable platters, oh and not so healthy but wonderful homemade cakes, not a soggy sandwich in sight. The whole process has been incredibly easy and they have managed to work around our last minute requests. She listened to all our ideas and came up with an amazing menu based on our French theme. We both love good food and we wanted our guests to be able to go away talking about the food at our wedding. The food made the meal fun, sociable and entertaining; especially with one guest on each table tasked with carving. One older guest said it was the best lamb he had ever tasted! If that's not good feedback I'm not sure what is! Please pass my thanks on to Gail and all the waitresses who were efficient and quick. They even stayed late to cut up the wedding cake for the guests. We would highly recommend Christine's Catering. The standard of the food made our day extra special! More...
