George and the team were fantastic, from the video call to give an understanding of what bits we had, to the ongoing discussion leading up to moving day were all first class. CCM provide packing materials and dismantling & reassembly within the quote which is a huge bonus also! On the day they made everything look easy, the first two hours of the move I was sat in the kitchen eating biscuits whilst they took down furniture and went room by room clearing. If your moving house, you must book CCM Removals, took care of every part of our move, and even done extra services like taking apart our bed and putting it back up/packaged unpackaged last items up without being asked to, we have used them for deliveries before and they have been great, but they made our completion day the most least stressful day as it could be and we didn’t have to lift a finger. They not only treat all items with care but they report any issues straight away so you are always kept informed. These guys are Ace. Attention to detail and very helpful. Packing was carefully executed and the organisation of lifting and loading was thorough. When we arrived at our destination, the guys made sure each piece of furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it. I highly recommend this company. Despite a problem with us not being able to move in until 2 days after the proposed date, he accommodated us with flexibility, and also took on some additional items we had not expected, at very short notice.
