Mike came to clean our double oven and extractor fan. He was quick and efficient and did a magnificent job. He also gave us tips on how best to look after our cooker. Thank you, Mike.

I found a little bit not totally clean, to be fair it wasn’t easy to see were it was, but Mike came back next day and made sure I was totally satisfied (to be fair I am very fussy) very happy now would highly recommend this firm

Oven cleaning was disgraceful. Went to use my oven a few days after cleaning and it was covered in grease back and sides. The tray was still full of grease. Ended up doing it myself and did a much better job. Would NOT recommend. More...

Hi Paul Sorry to hear you were not happy with the oven clean, we did have the oven inspected by the adult in the house at the time, who was satisfied with the results. As I stated the self clean liners can not be immersed in the cleaning solution as your manufactures warranty would be invalid. If you have had these removed before that maybe why they no longer have the stay clean coating. We did offer to come back and address any other concerns but uou declined. The cleaner was a lovely man who took great pains to get my grill and oven cleaned. He was meticulous. He was here for over two and a half hours. I was very happy with the end result, however I was a little disappointed with the grease still evident around extractor above the hob. This is why I didn’t give 5stars.

Honestly can’t recommend capital cleaning services enough! I’ve just moved into a new house and the oven was left absolutely filthy. I put the request out on bark and Mike contacted me really promptly, quoted me a great price for the work and was able to fit me in last minute to make sure my oven was clean in time for Christmas. Don't bother I had this company to clean my oven yesterday it cost 110.pounds which I thought was quite expensive but going by reviews and pictures I thought you would be getting a good service how wrong was I. My daughter was in and dealt with the service company. I came home to a dirty floor all dirt in sink from oven and when I came to inspect oven I was deeply disappointed dirty marks running between oven door and glass cooker knob now has now temperature numbers on it and imagine my shock when I opened oven door to find my oven door seal at the bottom missing .my husband contacted Mike really rude said cooker was old which is if you class has 7 years then yes and said when told about seal well you can get from from ebay for a fiver .
So now I've ordered one Mike which has cost me an additional 30.pounds so if you have more money than sense yes employee him but otherwise I suggest going elsewhere like I will be doing in future. I give them two stars one for turning up the other for answering phone More...

We can only do are very best, but this will not fix a poorly maintained appliance. we always ask the customer if they are happy at the end of the service, it would seem that that your dissatisfaction was not relayed at the time of the visit. This is not the first cleaning service i have used but it is most definitely the best. Michael is so passionate about his work, nothing but his best will do. Over many years he has himself developed a range of products which in my opinion easily out perform the others. His claim is right, when he has finished your suite or carpet or oven will be as good as new. We were absolutely delighted with his work. Whatever you do find an alternative cleaning company. My wife arranged for CCS to clean our oven. On 12 April Mike and his colleague turned up and spent an hour or so cleaning the oven during the process Mike used our sink to wash away the dirt. Just as he was leaving my wife noticed that he had damaged the sink. He agreed to send a colleague to carry out the necessary repairs. Since 12.04.2022 he has ignored emails and phone calls. On the odd occasion when I did get through he has either told me he was going to do the repair himself or get his imaginary friend from Leeds to call and carry out the repairs. 3 months on no sign of Mike or his friend. I contacted Mike as I had just moved and after trying for hours to clean the integrated cooker and getting no joy, I was thinking about just pulling it out and buying a new one. Mike came to the rescue and really, he should be wearing a superman cape. He had it gleaming in no time and it actually looks brand new.
