I came across Natalie and Jenna on a recommendation from a local Facebook page after feeling quite daunted about finishing my house after a renovation. From the moment I spoke to Natalie I knew I wanted to use her. I had several rooms that I required help with but thought I'd try the process and concepts on one room initially. This room is now my absolute favourite room in the whole house. Through their efficient process and meetings they knew exactly which questions to ask, really listened to ensure it was personalised to my taste and came up with a wonderful mood board that encapsulated my vision. This then translated to a simple shopping list complete with links making the process so smooth and efficient. I used the express design package for 3 rooms and was delighted with the results. Communication was excellent and Natalie and Jenna understood my style and wishes perfectly. The advice and mood boards enhanced my ideas in ways I’d never have thought of. I felt the results were still my personal expression but so much better! Worth every penny for the style and comfort. Just before Christmas 2 years ago we were preparing to move into our new house. It had been completely remodeled and needed walls painting, tiles, curtains and blinds. I felt overwhelmed. My husband and I wanted to decorate 3 bedrooms in our house – but as it was our first attempt we really didn’t know where to start! We loved Jenna and Natalie’s designs, especially the colours and features tailored to my sons’ interests, such as dinosaur posters and cushions with sports motifs on. They also understood our need to maximise the storage space in the 2 small rooms. They were positive and responsive when we asked to tweak a few things – and explained the whole design and decoration process clearly and patiently to us. After buying our first home back in the UK we contacted Natalie Roukin to completely re-decorate our home. You want to make sure that you get everything right and spend your money practically and also making sure that you’re making the right decisions at every stage.

We were recommended Natalie Roukin to by our architect. When we met her my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by her warmth, understanding and professionalism. Natalie provided us with lots of ideas and allowed us to make the right choices for elements of the house. She gave us ideas which we may never have thought of ourselves, including the right places to go and source items, helping us to spend money on the right elements and was also cleverly able to select other items at low-cost which still had fabulous style.
